The Royal Atlantis Located on the Palm Jumeirah, and adjacent to the iconic Atlantis, The Royal Atlantis Residences and Resort offers a selection of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom Residences, Sky Courts, Penthouses and Garden Suites. The Developer Royal Atlantis have spent over 2 years working with the design team to ensure it is best in class not only for Dubai but on par with the best developments globally. Discounts for residents include 20% off food and beverages at all restaurants for up to 6 people, 20% off Givenchy and Shuiki spa treatments and 20% off hotel retail. There will also be a list of a la carte services that are chargeable, such as housekeeping, laundry, drivers, catering for dinner parties etc, which can be provided by the hotel operator. The Royal Residences benefit from their own amenities such as indoor & outdoor pools, private beach access, concierge and valet parking. All Residences come with a minimum of 2 car parking spaces.
